CORE - Wholes Homes Ministry

Provides spiritual covering, organizes intercessory schedules, prayer chains, and vigils.

– Leads consistent intercession for families, the ministry and societal transformation.

– Coordinates prayer chains, vigils and special spiritual retreats.

– Raises and trains intercessory teams for all ministry arms and events.

Responsible for doctrinal accuracy, curriculum development, Bible studies and discipleship programs.

Develops and delivers Bible-based teachings, discipleship materials, and growth resources

Coordinates Bible studies, classes and doctrinal training sessions

Trains ministry workers and volunteers in sound doctrine

Facilitates mentorship across age and marital groups (e.g., singles, couples).

Equips mentors with biblical and practical tools for effective guidance.

Handles budgeting, donations, accounting, fundraising campaigns and financial reporting.

Oversees all financial transactions of the ministry with transparency and accountability.

Prepares budgets, financial reports, and forecasts in line with the ministry’s goals and activities.

Ensures proper documentation and record-keeping of income, expenditures, donations, and pledges.

Coordinates fundraising efforts, partnerships, and donor engagement to support ministry operations.

Manages ministry assets, facilities, and inventory, ensuring optimal use and maintenance.

Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to finance and nonprofit operations.

Advises leadership on financial planning, risk management, and sustainability strategies.

Organizes leadership training, mentorship pipelines and personal development programs.

Organizes skills acquisition programs, career development and leadership training

Identifies capacity gaps among members and recommends training solutions

Partners with institutions for vocational and empowerment programs

Oversees Whole Youths, Whole Teens, Whole Children arms; spiritual development mentorship and activities.

Provides age-appropriate Bible teaching and mentoring

Organizes recreational, spiritual and developmental activities

Trains caregivers, Sunday school teachers and teen mentors

Provides internal support for members in need; financial aid, food distribution, job placement, etc.

Oversees welfare support for members in need (meals, transport, accommodation)

Coordinates hospitality for events and meetings especially during life events e.g. births, losses, etc.

Ensures newcomers and guests feel welcomed and integrated.

Coordinates evangelism, community service, school outreaches, prison ministry and social interventions.

Leads community evangelism, social impact projects and missions

Coordinates with external NGOs and churches for outreach initiatives

Identifies and responds to community needs (orphans, widows, prisoners, IDPs, etc.)

Manages social media, publicity, content creation, livestreaming, design and internal/external communications.

Manages social media, website, podcast, and all communication channels

Creates content (graphics, videos, devotionals) and promotional materials

Oversees livestreaming, media coverage of events, and documentation

Plans and executes conferences, workshops, seminars and family-focused retreats.
